I am writing to you to relay some feedback on recent work that Andrew Gardner delivered for and on behalf of Ridd Wood Partnership Ltd. 

My partner and I are currently about to move into our new property after a lengtthy process of investigation into a past dispute about a tree that not only holds a preservation order but has also caused subsidence issues for our prespective neighbours.

Due to this situation Insurance companies were not willing to offer Building Insurance without a reputable structural survey being completed. 

My partner discussed this issue with Andrew.  Within just over a week the property inspection and survey report had been written and forwarded to us. As a result of this report we were then able to obtain buildings and contents insurance.

We feel that the professional and speedy work ethos of Andrew should be noted.  Correspondance and communication was second to none and the report itself was incredibly thorough covering all the specifics that we had hoped for.
