We are heavily involved in technical auditing for latent defects
insurance and for clients requiring structural monitoring.
These activities provide the practice with a wide experience of
new techniques.
We are the main consultants to the Association of Structural
Underpinning who offer warranties on underpinning, piling and
retro-fit basement construction.
